Inclement Weather Notification Update The area public school districts are planning on making a “late start” option this winter for severe weather conditions. The Archdiocese of Omaha Catholic Schools will also make “late start” a possibility if the conditions are right. This option will be in addition to the full day cancellation of school for weather. A full cancellation can be called after a late start has been announced. Lunch will still be served at a later time in the day on a late start. It’s always best to check the local media outlets for school cancellations or late start information, and look for Omaha Catholic Schools. Parents should always do what they feel is in the best interest of their students when it comes to winter weather travel.
In the event of a late start morning KidsCare will not be available. |
