Example Form Page

This is an example of the Half-form component in action. You can change the styling for the background and such using the Theme and Background Options tabs when editing this page. 

Before you deploy this component, be sure to build the form you wish to use; click "Forms" in the admin panel and follow the steps to create your form. Then, when editing this component on a given page, use the drop-down menu below to select the appropriate form.
