Congratulations to these students who participated in the MCS Solo/Ensemble Festival this past Saturday and scored very well!  Anthony Cann, Michael Cann, Patrick Clark, Cecilia Lamoureux, Charlie Morrison, Elana Peklo.
Teacher Appreciation Week will be here soon (May 3rd – 7th) and Home & School would like to show our teachers how much we appreciate them with little treats each day. Saint James / Seton Athletic Association

The Saint James / Seton Athletic Association is now accepting applications for the second annual Rick Gilbride Memorial High School Scholarship. Applicants must be 8th grade students of Saint James/Seton school who have participated in Saint James / Seton Athletic Association- or Saint Elizabeth Ann Youth Soccer Club-sponsored programs and will be entering an Omaha-area Catholic high school in the Fall of 2021. Submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2021.

SJEA Micro Soccer-There are still a few spots left for Kindergarteners and Preschoolers in our Spring Micro Soccer league.  Contact our registrar at registrar@sjeaysc.org to sign up. Games are Wednesday from 6-7pm starting March 31 and going until May 12th.  All games are played at the field at St. Elizabeth Ann Church.
We still have SJS yard signs available! If your house is in a good spot and you would like to help us advertise our great school, please contact the office for a sign.
Drop off Reminders

few reminders for SJS Catholic School regarding morning drop off-

  • If dropping off at the main school entrance, staff will be there to assist you and your student.  They can open the door and guide your student toward school if needed.
  • If dropping off at the main school entrance, once cars have stopped, please allow your student to exit the car.  No need to wait for the curved area by the flag pole.
  • If parking in the morning, please park in the center parking lot and escort your children across the traffic and do not double park.
  • The parking lot in front of the rectory is primarily for parking for staff, it is not a student drop off area.
  • Please have the student exit curb side of the vehicle.
  • It is always best to take your time and show patience at pick up and drop off.  Students are always watching and will learn much as they see how we interact with others.
