	*Have you registered yet??????* *Our annual SJS Athletic Association Spring Fling Fundraiser* *is coming up on Saturday, February 1st!* Throw on your flip flops and beach wear and join us at 6pm in the St. James Parish Center. It may be cold outside, but “Life’s A Beach” inside! Enjoy the silent and live auction with dinner, drinks and a DJ. $25 for an individual ticket, $200 for a table. This is our one and only fundraiser to support our athletics program. Don’t miss out on this fun opportunity to support our student athletes and raise funds for our volleyball, basketball and track programs. All are welcome! LINK	Nest Fest Student T-Shirt Design Competition Levels: K-3rd (1 winner, design will be used for this grade level t-shirts) 4th-8th (1 winner, design will be used for this grade level t-shirts) When: January 26th – Feb 5th – please turn designs into the office by Feb 5th Criteria to follow when designing: -Must say “NEST FEST” -Must say “St. James/Seton or SJS” -Can incorporate any of the following: school spirit, theme “color”, eagle, religion, community 1 entry per child Please write name and home room on back of paper. 	Junior Crusader Basketball Tryouts Marian’s Junior Crusaders is a competitive basketball program for girls in third through eighth grade who are interested in attending Marian. The teams play in the Conqueror Basketball League and in local and regional tournaments. During the season, practices are held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Tryouts for the upcoming 2020-2021 season will be held on the following dates. 3rd/4th grade – Sunday, March 8, 5 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. 5th grade – Wednesday, March 11, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 6th grade – Wednesday, March 11, 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. 7th grade – Monday, March 9, 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. 8th grade – Monday, March 9, 7:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. For more information and to pre-register, visit bit.ly/JrCrusaders20.
