Spirit Dress Down There will be a spirit dress down day on Monday, March 21st.

Cub Scouts Interested in Cub Scouts? Confirmation   Home and School needs your help!  We need volunteers to help with the 8th-grade Confirmation receptions from adults and students. It is a tradition for 7th graders and their parents to volunteer and “pay it forward” for their Confirmation next year. Needed Due to Covid our drinking fountains are closed.  Students are asked to bring clear water bottles to use through the day.  We are in need of bottled water for students that may forget their own water bottle.  We appreciate any donation.

Registration Is open.  If you have not registered your students please complete online registration for all current students.  If you have a new student to enroll contact the school office to get registration paperwork.

Covid at home tests  If you are experiencing COVID symptoms and an at home test would be beneficial, contact the office.  We have secured a limited number of tests we can distribute for free for families.  This is for any SJS family who is experiencing COVID type symptoms.

TAGG  Is a free way to financially contribute to our school without spending an extra dime!  To get signed up simply go to the TAGG link  to get signed up and to see all the businesses that participate in the TAGG program.  SJS has raised $5000 so far with TAGG.

Children’s Scholarship of Omaha is a nonprofit organization that funds scholarships to private schools.  There are requirements to apply and an application process.  We encourage you to pursue this opportunity as the finances would help the school.  We are asking all families that request financial assistance from SJS to start with the CSF process.  Continued support from SJS funds is contingent upon applying to CSF.  You can apply now, and the deadline is May 6th.

Athletic Scholarship  Now accepting applications for the 2022 Rick Gilbride Memorial High School Scholarship.  Eighth graders who will be going to an Omaha-area Catholic high school in the fall can apply for the 2022 Rick Gilbride Memorial High School Scholarship.  We will present a one-time $500 scholarship to one boy and one girl in this year’s 8th grade class.  To apply, go to https://www.sjsahtletics.com/
