Close to 400 cereal boxes were collected by our student body for the Cereal Box Challenge. All of the cereal was donated to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. A special shout-out to Mrs. Drews, Miss Pritza, Mrs. Asselin, and all of our 3rd graders for making this happen! A big thanks to all of the families who contributed to this fundraiser.

Your grade only requires tryouts if there is enough interest to make 2 teams for your grade. Tryouts will take place before the end of the year. New uniforms are being purchased this year. The size uniform you order at registration will be the size your daughter has for her season. We will not have any to trade. We will have a uniform try on event after school before May 1. Please watch VB and the parents FB page for information on when that is. If you are concerned about the size please wait to register until after the try on event.

The meeting is Friday, April 21st starting at 7pm in the St. James/Seton Gym. We are going to have the Omaha Percussion Group put on a live performance so please come and enjoy the show! Come meet our leaders and see how much fun scouting can be! If you have any questions, please contact Robert Klein at rklein18@cox.net or (402) 616-2087.
Thanks to the Nest Fest fundraiser — one project that was completed over break was the addition of several new trees in the back playground! We are excited to eventually offer some shade to our playground again. Only God can make a tree! A big thanks to Home & School and Robert’s Nursery for helping to make this happen!
Uniform Shorts Students are able to wear uniform shorts again. All uniform shorts for students in Grades 5-8 must have belt loops and a belt must be worn for those grade levels as well. You can visit the Dennis Uniform website if you have questions regarding uniform pieces. **The only shorts allowed on an out of uniform day are uniform shorts.
Drop Off Why not try the drop off lane?! There are two drop off options in the morning in front of the school and on Tomahawk. The 4th quarter is a good time to give your student some independence and let them walk into school themselves via the drop off lanes. Thanks for considering this option.
